Scholarships to Pursue Post-secondary Educational Dreams
The Follett Scholarship fund has been in place for many years, thanks to the support of many caring community members dedicated to supporting young parents in their pursuit of post-secondary education. This scholarship is available to young parents who are current or past participants of the pregnant and parenting youth programs (formerly Monica Place).
Two generous donors have exclusively supported this fund since 2021 and have committed their support for the next four years.
This generous investment recognizes the determination of our program participants to realize their dreams and build a better future for themselves and their children - something many pregnant and parenting youth might not be able to do without support.
