Circle of Stories

For adults who are permanent residents living in Waterloo Region.

Circle of Stories is a free 8-week group for newcomers who want to connect, share experiences, and support their wellbeing. Through guided discussions, storytelling, grounding exercises, and group activities, participants will explore topics such as belonging, identity, culture, strengths, hope, and connection.

This group offers a safe and welcoming space to meet others, learn from one another, celebrate personal and cultural strengths, and build community while adjusting to life in Canada.
