For youth in grades 10-12 that reside in the Waterloo Region

This group offers a positive and empowering space where you can:

Build resilience and learn how to bounce back from challenges; Develop confidence in your identity, strengths, and community; Explore what YOU want for your future; Identify the steps and supports needed to achieve your goals; Develop friendships and practice everyday wellbeing strategies! Snacks, Bus Tickets, and Interpretation provided!
