Are you a newcomer to Canada feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or affected by difficult past experiences?
This group offers a safe and supportive space to learn how stressful past experiences can affect your body, thoughts, and emotions every day. Each week, participants will explore practical coping strategies in a culturally inclusive setting to feel more calm, strong, and in control. Together, we will focus on safety, connection, and finding healthy ways to move forward on your healing journey.
