Inner Safety & Wholeness: A Compassionate One-Session Circle for Women (Virtual)

For women who have experienced intimate partner violence (IPV)

This gentle, empowering session creates a safe, choice-based space for women to reconnect with themselves. Through mindfulness-based, Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), and holistic self-care practices, participants are guided to explore inner parts, nurture Self energy, and strengthen their sense of safety — all without revisiting trauma or feeling pressure to share personal stories.

What You Will Experience

  • Mindfulness Practices: Trauma-sensitive grounding and awareness exercises.
  • Introduction to IFS (Parts Work): Learn to recognize and relate to your inner parts with curiosity and compassion.
  • Creative Inner Exploration – Inner Flower Exercise: Visualize your parts as petals and your Self energy in the center, fostering gentle connection and reflection.
  • Holistic Health Tools: Accessible strategies to support nervous system regulation and well-being.
  • Integration & Self-Compassion: Reflect on what felt supportive, honor personal growth, and strengthen internal support systems.
