Walking Forward Together

As I reflect on the past three years, I’m struck by what can happen when a community comes together with a shared commitment to wellbeing and mental health.

What has impressed me most is not only how much Camino has accomplished, but how thoughtfully those accomplishments have come to life. Every decision has been guided by a commitment to the people we serve, a willingness to listen and learn, and a belief that lasting change happens when communities work together. This has been brought to life in the stories we have shared throughout this report.

As a Board, we’ve been proud to support this work while ensuring Camino remains accountable, financially responsible, and prepared for the future. We also know the journey isn’t finished. The need for mental health and wellbeing services continues to grow, and so does our responsibility to respond with care, innovation, and collaboration.

That is only possible because of this community.

To our donors, funders, volunteers, employees, partners, and everyone who has chosen to walk alongside Camino, thank you. Your generosity, trust, and belief in this work have helped thousands of people access care while strengthening Camino for the future.

As we begin to execute our next strategic plan, I am filled with optimism. We have a strong sense of purpose, a dedicated leadership team, passionate employees, committed volunteers, and a community that continues to believe in what’s possible when we work together.
