[FULL] Breathe Buddies - We Can Do it Together
For children born in 2016-2018 (Grade 2-4) and their parent/guardian that live in the Waterloo Region
In this group, children and their caregivers will learn about feelings like worry and what to do when those feelings get big. Together, they’ll try fun activities that help calm the body and mind. Using simple mindfulness tools, children and caregivers will practice ways to feel more in control, manage tough emotions, and understand themselves better. This group is hands-on and helps both children and grown-ups feel more confident handling everyday challenges. Interpretation available; must be requested at registration.
