[CLOSED] Transitions & Loss Group

For adults in Waterloo Region who are immigrants or refugees

Do you find yourself missing someone, some place, or something important to you?
Have you lost a loved one or left family and friends behind?
Do you sometimes feel a deep sense of sadness, emptiness, or disconnection?
Are you trying to find comfort and meaning while adjusting to a new life in Canada?

This group offers newcomers a supportive and understanding space to explore how grief and loss affect the mind, body, thoughts, and emotions. Each week, participants will learn practical ways to cope, share experiences, and find healing through connection. Together, we will honour what has been lost along your journey while creating space for hope and new beginnings.
