For children ages 8-10, diagnosed with ADHD, that reside in the Waterloo Region and their parents/caregivers

An 8-week interactive group for children ages 8–10 diagnosed with ADHD and their parents/caregivers. Each week families will practice hands-on, developmentally appropriate skills that support learning about accommodations that work for you, time management, impulse control, emotional regulation, and building predictable routines. We will combine activities and psychoeducation with a goal to help caregivers and children with making changes that support success at home, school, and in the community.
