More than 20,000 people took a brave first step towards improved wellbeing.
And they did so through many different doors. Whether someone reached out online, by phone, or through a trusted community partner, our Wayfinding team was there. They are the heart of our “No Wrong Door” approach – the ones who answer that first call and say, “We’ve got you. Let’s figure this out together.”
We also opened a new digital door with our updated Camino website, making that first step even easier. And it’s working. Online submissions and bookings have surged, while voicemail exchanges have dropped significantly, allowing us to provide more direct, timely care.
This year’s impact report shares just a few of the powerful stories that unfold when connections are made

These stories are why we do this work.
They reflect the dedication of our extraordinary team – employees and volunteers who continue to show up with resilience, creativity, and compassion in this challenging but deeply meaningful work. They also reflect the incredible generosity of our funders and donors, who open the doors we can’t open alone.
