Three Years Later
Three years ago, Camino came together after more than a year of planning, listening, and collaboration. Employees, partners, donors, and community members helped shape a vision for our new organization - one that built on the strengths of the past while creating a stronger future for the community.
Over the past three years, we’ve been bringing that vision to life.
When we launched our first strategic plan, we committed to four priorities that would guide our work: providing even better service to our community, collaborating to enact community change, growing our Camino culture, and strengthening organizational health. This report reflects the progress we’ve made together.
Throughout these pages, you’ll see the difference we’ve made through the stories of the people we serve and the partnerships we’ve built. Along the way, I’ve shared a few reflections about what we’ve learned over the past three years, what has changed, and how those experiences are shaping what comes next.
None of this would have been possible without the people who chose to be part of the journey - our employees, volunteers, partners, donors, funders, and community members. Thank you for believing in Camino and for helping create a stronger, more connected community. I hope you see yourself reflected in these pages.
As we look ahead to our next strategic plan, we’ll build on the strong foundation we’ve created together by strengthening our core services, deepening purposeful partnerships, and continuing to invest in our people so they have the support and resources they need to do their best work.
Thank you for being part of the Camino journey.
